Chef Jeff Holland of Rory's Legacy
My name is Jeff Holland. I am a passionat chef and small business owner that loves to create dishes which translate into memorable meals, within a comfortable atmosphere, and inspiring rich conversation. I have been creating dishes under Rory‛s Namesake for more than 9 years. Presently, with the help of my family, I own and operate three successful business ventures under Rory’s Namesake. Rory‛s Rollin‛ Diner, Rory‛s Custom Catering, and most recent success-Rory‛s Diner. All of my ventures are named in the memory of my nephew “Rory Dean Ivey”, because Rory lost his battle to cancer more than 15 years ago. I never want to have a day pass where I do not think about him, so I continue to celebrate his life through my ventures. This is ‘Rory‛s Legacy’

Sette Dolori Winery - Black Forest, CO
SetteDolori.com
Sette Dolori produces exceptional wine by sourcing only certified organic grapes, non gmo yeast and fermenting naturally without any additives. This creates the rare and sought after "Sulphite free" wine. Sette Dolori started as a passionate hobby for owner Tim Biolchini, who began by collecting grape orders for friends and family to turn into wine free of charge. The following and demand that grew for Tim's "old school" wine was enough encouragement for him to go commercial. Sette Dolori is able to produce the rare sulphite free wine because of the timely care for their grapes, small batch processing, and natural fermentation processes. Now his 5 acre ranch-turned winery produces award winning wines, and has become famous throughout the area. Pretty cool for wine coming out of Black Forest, CO, and just 5 minutes from the Corner Post Meats Ranch! A Grazing Life will be serving complimentary glasses of wine with dinner, and Sette Dolori will be on hand for you to purchase bottles.
