Our last dinner in July is ending the month with a a bang, both in the kitchen and on our porch stage.
Chef Supanza Banker of 2 South Wine Bar is one of the most talented Chefs in Colorado Springs and recent winner of best chef at the Colorado Springs Food and Wine Expo. She is ready to take over the ranch and create a dinner to remember.
2 South Wine Bar will be using their expertise and vast wine list to make the perfect wine pairing for our Night on the Ranch!
The show rolls on after dinner as the Tejon Street Corner Thieves take over our Front Porch stage. When we first began thinking of hosting Farm Dinners on the ranch, this was the band we had in mind. Do not miss the chance to see these guys rock the ranch.

Chef Supansa Banker & 2 South Wine Bar
Originally from Thailand, Supansa Banker is a professionally trained Chef who graduated Summa Cum Laude from the culinary arts program at PPCC. She has worked at fine dining establishments such as Nosh, and Summit in the Broadmoor. She joined the 2South team in the spring of 2014, and has earned a reputation (and numerous awards) as one the best chefs in Colorado Springs. Supansa's dedication and passion are the foundation of her craft. While at work, she is constantly brainstorming culinary innovations, and seeking feedback from her coworkers. She prefers to prep in peace and quiet, as cooking for her is like meditation. She exemplifies integrity, and tells it like it is. We are so very grateful to have Supansa add to the integrity of A Grazing Life.

The Tejon Street Corner Thieves
Colorado Springs most beloved band got its start, well you guessed it, on a Tejon St. Corner. They have worked their way into being a permanent fixture in the Colorado Springs music scene and were recently named areas musician of the month.
