What to Wear:  Whatever the heck you want! You can stay as clean or get as dirty as you like on the ranch tour. Clothes that you can move and walk around in comfortably is recommended, but hey, if you feel like getting dressed to nines, than go for it!  Just remember, this is a working ranch and we will be outside. (high heels not recommended, bust out the boots)

What to Bring: We've got you covered. Just a go-with-the-flow attitude, appetite and thirst will do. And of course, CHECK THE WEATHER for appropriate clothing.

Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome.  Please find a babysitter for the little ones. Seats are limited so all children must have a ticket.

Food: Most dishes are served family style, so get ready to meet your neighbors! Since our menus are changing up to the day of the dinner based on what is in season we are not able to accommodate severe food allergies.  We can guarantee all the food is locally sourced and of the highest quality!

Drinks: We've got you covered.

Weather - Please check the weather before coming. We have tents and accommodations to keep everyone dry for dinner. Bring raincoats and umbrellas for the tour if rain is in the forecast.

Friday September 7th Overview

We are so excited to finally have TILL Kitchen take over the ranch for a Farm Dinner. TILL has been using meats from the Corner Post Ranch since the day they opened. They truly care about the integrity of their food and source the best ingredients however they can. This 18,000 sq ft Farm Inspired wonder of a restaurant helped change the culture of the Colorado Springs food scene, and continues to be on the front of the curve.  This is a great chance to meet their team and be part of the local food movement. We can't wait, circle the calendar for this one!

The Chef -  Chef Josey Boyd started his culinary journey while cooking for the National Parks. He was able to create in 7 different Parks throughout the “Wild” West, from Wyoming and Montana, to California and Arizona. After years of traveling, he decided to place roots in his hometown, right here in Colorado Springs. With a strong passion for keeping it local and growing the small business community, he is so excited to partner with A Grazing Life. The number one thing he loves about what he does? “What I do brings people together.”

The Drink -  We love all things local and it doesn't stop with food. Every dinner will offer a combination of local wine, beer and spirits, all of which are produced in a 30 mile radius of the ranch.

The Music - The Ashtõnz have a die hard following in Colorado Springs for good reason. They  bring out all your classic rock, country, and really just any good song you've ever heard. Their music can please the entire (dysfunctional) family. This Monument based band won't have to travel far to get to the ranch, and they'll fit right in for sure.

More Than Just a Farm Dinner - Every "Night on the Ranch" is more than just a Farm dinner, its a celebration of everything local. You will have a full behind the scenes tour of Corner Post Meats, a working sustainable meats ranch, local wine, beer, or spirit tastings, art demos from local artists, local musicians and other entertainment. You will definitely leave with a full experience and deeper connection to everything local! This is the most "Colorado" thing you can do on a Saturday night.
