A Celebration of Everything Local

Featuring
Chef Franco Ruiz and Fruition Restaurant
Music by the Charlie Milo Trio

Overview

THE Farm to Table Restaurant is bringing the table to the farm on July 21st! This will be a night made in Farm Dinner heaven. Fruition Restaurant and Chef Franco Ruiz will be putting their talents and passion for great food on display at our long table. Fruition is perennially ranked as one of the best restaurants in all of Colorado, and the list of awards it has collected in its 10 years of business is staggering. Pair this restaurant with local wine, beer, spirits, music and a tour of Colorado's most progressive working ranch, and you've got the perfect Colorado Farm Dinner.

The Chef -  We are so lucky to have Chef Franco taking charge of this dinner. A native of San Diego, California, Franco began learning the craft along side his father at the age of 13. Cooking in California ingrained the principles of quality, fresh, and local ingredients into his cooking philosophies. We're glad he brought those principles with him to Colorado, and can't wait to see what he creates for us. Chef Franco and Fruition Restaurant's passion for local food will definitely shine through on this Saturday Night.

The Drink -  We love all things local and it doesn't stop with food. Every dinner will offer a combination of local wine, beer and spirits, all of which are produced in a 30 mile radius of the ranch.

The Music -  We
are stoked to have the Charlie Milo Trio taking over the ranch stage. This is one of the most talented and versatile bands on the Front Range. CM3's repertoire combines catchy songs with tight composition and improvisation. This band creates a live experience that mixes rock, fun, jazz, blues and roots music. We can't wait to hear what they put together for the ranch!

More Than Just a Farm Dinner - Every "Night on the Ranch" is more than just a Farm dinner, its a celebration of everything local. You will have a full behind the scenes tour of Corner Post Meats, a working sustainable meats ranch, local wine, beer, or spirit tastings, art demos from local artists, local musicians and other entertainment. You will definitely leave with a full experience and deeper connection to everything local! This is the most "Colorado" thing you can do on a Saturday night.

The Deats

Tickets:  $115-$140/person

Time: 5-10pm
Guests arrive at 5pm for meet and greet. Tour will begin at 5:30,  followed by dinner, entertainment, etc... End at 10pm (if you stay any later you'll be put to work feeding pigs).

What to Wear: We like to call it "casual-country". Clothes that you can move and walk around in comfortably is recommended for the tour. But hey, if you feel like getting dressed to nines, than go for it! You can stay as clean or get as dirty as you like on the tour. Just remember, this is a working ranch and we will be outside.

What to Bring: We've got you covered. Just a go-with-the-flow attitude, appetite and thirst will do. And of course, CHECK THE WEATHER for appropriate clothing.

Children: Children over the age of 12 are welcome.  Please find a babysitter for the little ones. Seats are limited so all children must have a ticket.

Food: Most dishes are served family style, so get ready to meet your neighbors! Since our menus are changing up to the day of the dinner based on what is in season we are not able to accommodate severe food allergies.  We can guarantee all the food is locally sourced and of the highest quality!

Drinks: We've got you covered.

Weather - Please check the weather before coming. We have tents and accommodations to keep everyone dry for dinner. Bring raincoats and umbrellas for the tour if rain is in the forecast.
